Cashiers were awesome with service, but the kitchen did not make the order correctly. I had a $60 bill and had to return to the counter 4 times.

This place is great. Their food is cooked fresh and always amazing. I recommend going here for the food alone. They also have a short wait time.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was hot and delishes.Will make it a point to return if in the area.

We went in today expecting it to be really crazy. The staff worked fast and got our food out in a timely manner and kept the lobby calm. I will generally choose Zaxbys over anything else in palatka. Great sandwiches, fries and chicken!

Cobb salad was great and Chicken finger meal good also!

Love them. Best fast food service in palatka. The cheese curds are tasty and the zalads are huge.

This location just opened. Service was very nice. I ordered a fried Cobb salad. Lettuce crisp and chicken was hot and crispy. 👍

Omg they have the best onion rings. They are battered and not breaded. The chicken is awesome and i love their sauce. This place is very clean too.

In Florida for a week and found Zaxbys!! We've eaten there 3 times in 5 days!! Its so juicy and tender, not oily just fantastic chicken!!

Crazy about the food!! The ladies that work here are very friendly and always spoil my puppy when we go through the drive through.

Good food...The "Nibblers are Great Anytime" 😀 This Zaxbys runs a special which could end at any time: Buy an adult full sized meal and get 1 or 2 kids meal(s) for 0.99 cent! 😀 Ask about it!

One of my favorite fast foods. This one is particularly clean and delicious. Fast, too. The line at the drive thru this day wrapped around the building and I was still out of there in under 5 minutes.

Good food. Little pricey.

Food was good but the drive thru speaker nearly had me go somewhere else. The woman could not hear me and I could barley hear hey. She was getting frustrated and so was I.

Kicking chicken sandwich is very good. Buffalo Blue salad is also good.

Even though the food is really good, the cashier I talked to this afternoon was rude and I had to ask 2+ times what the lowest priced food items were before she finally told me, with an attitude, that the lowest priced food items were 7.00 up. I will NOT be dealing with that girl again and will NOT hesitate to request to speak with a manager should she act this way again if I have to deal with her again. I was NOT happy that she wasted my time when I was already running late getting back to work.

The food is good and the price is right

Everyone is always very courteous and helpful. Food tastes good but can be just a smidge more spicy than I care for.

I love when I am not waiting for cold food! I may have had a complicated order but it didn't take long to receive it. The food was hot and delicious!

Quick meals and decent prices. Personally I like their drink machine with multiple selections of flavors, diet or regular drinks. I sometimes mix my own blend of flavors.

It was fresh, hot and tasty. The bathroom could use a bit of cleaning. The server was very friendly and the overall dining area was clean.

Chicken Sandwich was fantatic. The ice tea had a soapy flavor and the french fry oil needs a refresh.

Always a good choice at this particular Zaxby's. They have consistently good fresh food here compared to other fast foods in the area.
